At Trenzs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shoptrenzs@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Beauty and personal care products (if opened or used)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your request.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please request a return first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
